A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. Although, on your request, we will send the electronic files to you on the data drives, dropbox, or via e-mail. We also retain a copy of the designs under your project for future updates, or if you lose your copy.
How is the client involved in designing process?
SBMH always listens more than it speaks. From day one, we encourage our clients to come in with scribbles, samples, color combinations, fabric pieces, and ideas they may have for their designs. This helps us get a taste of their style before getting onto business. During the design process, you will be asked to approve some colors and fonts before we proceed. Once the design is ready for going into print, it is sent to you for final OK, before giving it to the production team. Once the design reaches production, it cannot be cancelled or changes. Towards the end of the project the client may ask for the artwork in various formats, which is submitted on receipt of payment and as agreed on the proposal.
I need some design executed yesterday , can you help ?
We ideally do accommodate your last hour need job, although depending on how are full production calendar is. However, a rush job comes with a rush fee. Contact our team to find out.
How can i track the process of my print job during production
Once the job is finalized, it usually takes about 5 to 7 business days, as holidays generally do impact. Once the production is complete, you will receive an email of a tracking number if the job is being shipped directly to you. If that isn’t the case, you will get notified for either the pick up or the door-step delivery date. Rush job production turnaround time does vary. Contact SBMH team for further details.
